What is handmade and what is outsourced?
We are proud to say the majority of our products are made in house and will indicate as so in the individual product descriptions. At this time the notebook and keychains are manufactured by a third party. That being said, even the products we needed extra help with are just as precious 

 
I see a sticker I love but I would love it even more if it came with holographic stars. What can I do?

Not all sticker listings come in both glossy or holographic laminate varieties. Accommodations may be made for only large orders, but if we receive enough feedback for it, Maisie Paper Bakery is more than happy to answer the call! The product that I want is Out of Stock, how often do you re-stock? Can I still order it as a custom order?

As we are a two woman company, re-stocking at this time will be based on product performance and resource availability. Please keep an eye on our Instagram and TikTok for re-stock updates. 

However some products may be up for earlier restock such as stickers.

Can I update my order once I've already checked out?

  • If you want to add another item to your order please make a separate purchase and then email us ASAP to inform us that you want us to ship your orders together. If the initial order has not been shipped, we will work to accommodate your request and return the shipping charge on your secondary order. For this request to be granted the order numbers must be provided to us in addition to the names, addresses, and contact information being identical in both orders.
  • If it is regarding a shipping address/name change please email us ASAP to correct this issue before it is shipped. It is the responsibility of the Customer to double check that it is the correct shipping address prior to checking out. 

 

Can I change the shipping address after I've already checked out?

Once the order has been processed/shipped then it cannot be changed. If the instance occurs where the shipping address was incorrect, please contact us ASAP if you have no yet received a shipment email - depending on the status of the order we may or may not be able to alter the shipping address. 

The input of the correct shipping address is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser, please always double-check prior to checking out.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Please email us ASAP for any cancellations. We try to process our orders as soon as possible therefore depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel the order. 

 

Can I return the item(s)? What if it's damaged during shipment?

All purchases are final sale. As the majority of our products are meant to be used in one way or another, use of the product in any way compromises are upcycling. Therefore, at this time no returns are accepted. 

  • Products that are damaged during shipment by the mail carrier will be processed on a case by case basis. Please email us regarding this issue as additional details will be required. Refunds may be determined based on return of product. 

 

How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers will be provided once the product is shipped and with the mail carrier. Please keep in mind order processing may be up to one week before the item is shipped.

 

How much do I have to order for free shipping?

Purchases over $40+ receive free USPS Economy shipping that is automatically applied at checkout.
